Payment

A 50% non returnable desposit must be paid for a the time of making your order, no order is confirmed until your desposit has been paid / cleared.

Payment can be made by cheque made payable to K Giles or by card once you have recieved your electronic invoice.

One of the main reasons I've broken the payment down into 2 installments instead of requiring the full amount at the time of ordering your wedding invites is that it helps couples to budget better for their wedding.  You've got a lot to pay for when you organise a wedding and being able to spread the payments makes life easier.  Of course if you wish to pay the full amount up front just let me know once your 100% happy with your wedding invites sample.

Dispatch Times

All wedding invitations will be dispatched by special delivery within 4 weeks of receiving your approval of electronic proofs and your final payment.  You will need to sign for your wedding invitations so please be aware they can not be left at your property without being signed for.

Postage

Postage of samples
Samples will be posted via Royal Mail first class.  Due to the small cost of samples I don’t feel that recorded delivery is warranted but it is available if you prefer to use that option.  Samples will be posted in a bubble bag to keep them protected during transport.

Postage of larger orders
Once you’re happy with your sample and have ordered your wedding invites they will be dispatched in a cardboard box via Special Delivery to ensure that they are adequately insured during transit.

Returns

Your wedding invites are custom made to your specifications and under the distance selling regulations 13(c) can not be returned.  You are able to cancel your order before you have approved your electronic proofs but you will lose your 50% desposit.
